Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, graphics, the UBICIO name) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
Personal data
Contact form. When you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, work email, organisation, role (optional) and message. This data is used only to answer your request. Your message is not stored on our servers: it is sent to us by email through our email provider, Resend. Your IP address is used temporarily to protect the form against abuse.
Booking a meeting. The booking module on the Contact page is provided by meetergo, whose data is hosted in Germany. The information you enter there (name, email, chosen slot) is used only to organise our meeting and send you its confirmation.
Legal basis. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering the requests sent to us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention. Our exchanges are kept for no more than 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.
Recipients. Your data is never sold or passed on. Only Ubicio and its technical providers have access to it, and they act solely on our instructions: Vercel (website hosting and cookieless audience measurement), Supabase (form transmission, data hosted in the European Union), Resend (email delivery) and meetergo (booking, data hosted in Germany). Vercel and Resend are based in the United States. Transfers to these providers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights. Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to milene.miras@ubicio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. No consent is therefore required.
We measure the website’s audience with Vercel Web Analytics, without cookies and without storing anything on your device: visits are counted in aggregate (page views, referrer, device type), without identifying visitors.
The Contact page embeds meetergo’s booking module: when it is displayed, your browser connects to meetergo’s servers, which then receive your IP address. As of the last update, this module does not set any cookies either.
Liability
UBICIO strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or unavailability of the website, nor for the content of third-party websites linked from it.
